REEF 997

REEF 997, by Luminy Developments, represents a groundbreaking entry into beachfront luxury on the newly developed Dubai Islands. This exclusive residential project sets a new global benchmark as the world's first development to feature patented Outdoor Cooled Amenities, redefining year-round coastal living. With only 63 exquisite residences, including elegant apartments, premium duplexes, and a crown-jewel penthouse, the project centers on the innovation of climate-controlled Sunken Balconies and Winter Gardens. These features seamlessly extend the living space outdoors, ensuring comfort and wellbeing regardless of the season, and creating a unique rhythm that balances the serenity of an island retreat with the dynamic energy of Dubai.

The amenity portfolio at REEF 997 is meticulously curated to enhance a luxurious and holistic lifestyle, with all communal spaces benefiting from the same outdoor cooling technology. Residents can enjoy an infinity swimming pool, a kids' pool, a jacuzzi, and a dedicated decking area with cabanas and a Baja shelf. The development fosters community and wellness with features like a hammock forest, a BBQ area, an outdoor cinema, a yoga area, and a state-of-the-art gym. Unique touches such as a community vegetable garden and a technologically enhanced, cooled children's playground underscore the project's commitment to innovative, comfortable, and engaging living for all ages.

Located on the prestigious Dubai Islands, REEF 997 offers an unparalleled beachfront setting with planned inland waterway connections, positioning it as a serene sanctuary just moments from the heart of the city. This master-planned destination promises a self-contained lifestyle with future retail, dining, and leisure offerings, while maintaining effortless access to the broader attractions of Dubai. The island location provides a rare sense of escape and exclusivity, making it a premier address for those seeking a tranquil yet connected luxury living experience.
