2021 – The Beginning
PropertySeller was founded in 2021 by Ashiq Emiraaz. We started with a simple idea: create a platform that makes real estate buying and selling easier, faster, and more transparent.
2022 – Product Development
We continued building and refining the platform, improving features and user experience-fully self-funded and bootstrapped.
2023 – Searching for Investment
Spent the year pitching to investors while improving the product. No funding received, but the vision stayed strong.
2024 – First Breakthrough
Continued the investment search, but remained bootstrapped. In late 2024, we achieved our first sales deal and first revenue, proving product-market fit.
2025 – Growing Stage
We focused on closing more deals and reinvesting revenues back into development. Now in 2025, PropertySeller is in its growth phase, progressing without external investors-powered entirely by real customers.
2026 – Expansion & Scale
PropertySeller entered a major expansion phase, scaling operations, marketing, and developer partnerships while strengthening its position as a tech-driven real estate platform.
