SAMANA Launches SAMANA COLLECTA, a New Premium Brand Starting at The World Islands

What was announced

SAMANA Developers, which has launched 54 projects in Dubai, has introduced SAMANA COLLECTA - a new premium brand for lifestyle-led homes in distinctive locations. Dubai is where the brand starts; the developer plans to take the concept to international destinations later. SAMANA announced the brand on 19 October 2026.

The first project: The World Islands

• Location: The World Islands, off the Dubai coast
• Gross development value: over AED 4 billion
• Homes: 840 branded residences (studios to four-bedroom), plus seven floating villas and two tree villas
• Residences expected to start below AED 2 million
• Designed with a well-known Italian luxury brand (its name will be announced separately)
• Plans include a floating Italian restaurant with a Michelin-recognised culinary partner, and yacht shuttles to mainland Dubai every 30 minutes

What is not announced yet

Final prices, payment plans and the handover date have not been published. Core amenities are planned to be ready from the first handover.

What the developer says

"SAMANA COLLECTA is about what comes next," said Imran Farooq, CEO of SAMANA Developers. "Dubai will be where we establish the brand and prove what it stands for."

What it means for buyers

An island address at a starting price below AED 2 million is new for The World Islands, where most homes have been priced far higher. If you are interested, register early: launch prices and the first units usually go to buyers on the developer's list.
